The Relief Support Worker role:

The Willows is an 8 bed property in central Taunton perfectly located for access to the local community and amenities. The Willows is a supported living home that enables people with Dementia, Autism and complex needs to live a fulfilled life. An average night at the Willows would consist of supporting individuals with Personal care, medication, daily household tasks such as laundry, cleaning and food preparation to ensure that The Willows is ready for the next day. The individuals we support at the Willows also enjoy activities such as attending day services, swimming, cooking and there is always music playing.
