Job description

We are currently looking for a Training Administrator to work in Cambridge within easy reach of the A14 and with parking onsite, as well as convenient public transport links.

Joining the training team, which forms part of the wider HR function, your day to day duties will include:

Using the TMS to multiple training courses throughout their life cycle
Manage the training mailbox, effectively dealing with training queries
Proactively identify and resolve problems or potential issues and suggest any potential improvements
Develop strong relationships with colleagues in various departments and provide support and guidance
Process any changes to users including setting up new starters, processing leavers and internal transfers

To be considered for this exciting Training Administrator role, you will need the following:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Experience in providing training co-ordination and administration
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Highly driven to achieve outstanding results
