Job description

A globally recognised organisation is looking for a technically-minded individual to join their well-oiled team of advisers on a Fixed Term 12 Month Contract. You will have a hybrid role of mixing your practical expertise and customer service to support technical enquiries relating to the company's extensive product range.

You will play a pivotal role in the company providing pre-sale and after-sale advice and guidance on product information, breakdowns, installation, design etc.

Key duties

• First point of contact to residential and business customers regarding technical queries on products

• Provide detailed and 'easy to understand' technical support, diagnosing and resolving the query efficiently

• Understand the time to escalate issues to higher departments in product development

• Provide guidance and advice to customers regarding the best suiting products for their needs

• Deliver start to finish support to the customer, maintaining communication throughout

• Follow company procedures when handling technical queries

• Ensure the customer's needs are put first and deliver first class customer service

• Fast learner with the ability to understand multiple product specifications
