This role is an internal role to the business (client base: Office and Engineers). You will be required to deliver a high standard of client service to both internal and external clients and be responsible for the daily scheduling of up to 30 engineers, trainees and drivers. You will allocate and deploy jobs to engineers based on their distance/skill set (Maintenance/Repairs/Service Calls). You will schedule service call outs to meet business 4 hour response time and liaise with all concerned to ensure that all parties are aware of the details for them to book with the client. You will ensure that the business has a confirmed 2 week schedule of works and reschedule the diary as and when things change. You will manage the call out rota and be responsible for PPM management, booking warehouse team with parts to deliver to sites and deal with day to day enquiries from internal clients (service coordinators/engineers/warehouse. You will maintain engineers skills matrix, input PAT testing, calibration certificates and data and set up engineers tablets. You will also provide general support to the company.
The ideal candidate will ideally have worked as a Works Planner & Scheduler and be proactive, self motivated with lateral thinking and the ability to work under pressure whilst delivering business objectives and values
