The Advertising team at Twitch creates innovative ad products for creators to earn revenue, advertisers to drive business value and viewers to have an engaging experience on Twitch. As a Senior Product Manager, you will build a new promotional product from zero-to-one and enable our streamers, content partners and advertisers to maximize value from their presence on Twitch. You will work closely with broader Amazon teams, other Twitch product teams, data scientists, engineers, finance, and partnerships to define the product roadmap, build and launch the product, and operate as the business owner of this new product. Analytically-minded and extremely detail-oriented, you will have a passion for learning and intellectual curiosity that will lead you to ask questions beyond their daily tasks. Responsibilities Define product strategy and roadmap for the new product Define business and technical requirements of a product by working with customers, partners and internal teams. Work directly with engineers to build exceptional products - lead the product development process from roadmap development to building, testing and launching products on time. Drive go-to-market planning with Marketing and Operations Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, revenue, engineering investments and operational load Collaborate gracefully with data science, analytics, engineering and finance to determine the right level of investments. Assess the technical feasibility of a proposed product or feature and enable engineers to make the right technical trade-offs Drive product launches including working with marketing, leaders, and other product management team members Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals Requirements 3+ years of work experience as a Product Manager Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably computer Science. Care a lot about creating products that delight users, diving into the details, finding creative solutions and taking responsibility for your projects Good writing skills are important, as is the ability to line up the impact of your communication with your intention Strong track record dealing with ambiguity and driving clarity Significant experience in running product experiments and leveraging product analytics Ability to translate your product ideas into expected business impact Previously demonstrated the ability to lead complex products through launch while handling an incredible number of moving pieces Work with integrity, earning the respect of both engineers and non-technical contributors
