As the Sr. Director II of Retail Marketing, you will head up marketing and create customer centric omni focused customer experiences for our Health & Wellness business. This is a unique opportunity for an innovative and strategic leader who is a full stack marketer and has strong digital acumen to make an impact on a large scale with teams that will forever alter the landscape of retail & eCommerce. We are ideally looking for 15+ years of marketing experience, with 5-7 years minimum in the healthcare space. Experience in the eCommerce, management/brand consulting, and/or CPG would be a plus. Annual Operating Plan: Approves the annual operating plan (AOP), ensures alignment with strategy and brand, establishes priorities and recommends resource tradeoffs. Collaborates with marketing leadership and other stakeholders to drive execution and success of the annual operating plan (AOP). Confirms AOP alignment with all strategies and brand expectations and incorporates competitor/external market insights.
Budget Management: Oversees and ensures fiscal discipline for cross-campaign/cross-business planning, execution, and management of marketing budgets. Reviews return on investment (ROI) trends to ensure effective budget management across the business and make recommendations for improvements. Approves performance-based marketing opportunities and associated plans. Reviews annual plans and budgets with senior leadership.
Collaboration: Collaborates with cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative, Operations, Merchandising, Customer Experience, Insights/Analytics) to execute on all campaigns and ensure consistent brand messages across all channels. Works with senior leadership to address barriers and make organization wide decisions. Orchestrates sharing of the most critical and complex information with strategic influencer channels.
Creative Brief Development: Ensures creative briefs fit in overall marketing strategy and plan. Approves objectives, direction and key messages. Provides priority of actions described in the briefs and makes recommendations on the best ways to influence audiences. Suggests key issues and edits to briefs based on knowledge of competitor and external environment. Socializes creative briefs with VPs and GMs and their teams.

Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.
Marketing Initiative Implementation and Management: Oversees all campaigns and approves marketing priorities according to current business focus, status of plan implementation, and external environment. Directs critical areas of marketing strategy and execution, both internally and with external agencies, to drive high-value growth and achievement of initiative strategies.
Marketing Strategy: Collaborates with strategic partners to innovate new long-term marketing and service strategies, and plan for improvements to existing strategies to drive profitable revenue growth (e.g., elevate relationship or approach with key partners to implement a unique customer acquisition plan).
Media Strategy and Planning: Approves media investment strategy to optimize marketing spend and value (drive customers to the appropriate channels for the lowest cost).
1 year's supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing or related field.
