Job description

Job Role: Security AssistantManager Job Description Inthis role as Security Assistant Manager, you will be required toensure a smooth day to day operations in the Security departmentfrom opening the Leisure Facility, delivering the experience andclosing the Leisure Facility. Your duties will alsoinclude: Managing a team of externalcompany security Colleagues to include their daily attendance,grooming, coaching, appraisals and personal developmentplans. Compiling duty schedules for their areaon a monthly basis ensuring that leave plans support operationalreadiness and ensure sufficient time off to Colleagues.Openly communicate appropriate and useful informationthrough various channels to include department meetings andbriefings. Responding to Security breaches,incidents and emergencies, taking necessary corrective actions andensure incidents are investigated, recorded and reported to theLine Manager. Liaising with the authorities toensure regular communications, updates and strong relationship inplace. To enforce and adhere to all UAE laws,Health, Safety & Environmental policies, industry andcompany rules and regulations, reporting any safety concerns orincidents to management in order to minimize risk and maintain aclean safe and hygienic environment for all Guests andColleagues. Managing emergency situations thatmay arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss or injury toany Guests, Colleagues or Company property. To be considered to this role, you will need: Higher Secondary education orequivalent Customer service, problem solving,leadership, and talent management skillsKnowledge in MS Office Able to dealwith Complexity Fluent in Arabic &English (read, write & speak) IncidentInvestigation and reporting It will be anadvantage if you have knowledge of the following: Crisismanagement, surveillance, tracking of budget expenses, riskassessment, training & development, andfirefighting.
