A proactive Reward Partner to join a Global Aerospace business on a 12m Fixed Term Contract (Whiteley).

Your new role

The company are keen to add a Reward Partner to their established team for 12 months to cover maternity leave. This opportunity cannot guarantee a permanent position beyond this point, but the size/growth and culture of the organisation mean there is potential for this to change.

As part of a global team for Reward, this position will provide expert guidance and advice on a broad range of reward issues, delivering both enterprise-wide programmes and specific business solutions. You must be comfortable exploring a range of compensation and benefit issues, understanding the impact of global initiatives on the local business. You will also have an analytical and resourceful mind-set and be able to present statistical data in an uncomplicated way that adds value and supports decision making.

Key purpose of the role:
You will provide proactive advice and guidance for all Reward activities for the group ensuring that the business remains compliant with legislation and competitively placed in the market.

Please note that the business offer every employee Friday off every 2 weeks, so you will work 75 hours (equivalent 37.5/week) over 9 days.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have proven experience of managing a range of Reward initiatives in the UK and Europe, with a thorough understanding/wide application of Reward principles and theories. Other key requirements include:

* Demonstrable experience of providing pragmatic reward solutions in an ambiguous fast-paced environment.
* Ability to think creatively and apply a practical business driven approach.
* High attention to detail and accuracy with advanced Excel skills.
* Be comfortable working with data and drawing insights and conclusions
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a high volume role within a large complex business within a hands on capacity
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple key stakeholders.
