Are you a service-focussed recruiter looking to specialise in delivery & account management?
We're working with one of Manchester's most promising recruitment businesses. A specialist in their market, our client has won several RPO's and Retained assignments.
They're now hiring for a Senior Account Manager/Principal Delivery Consultant to spearhead the recruitment solutions division.
During the first 3 months, you'll take over the management of the existing accounts and ensure the highest standards of service are provided.
Your resourcing strategy would be both passive & active. You'd attend industry events, engage with candidates online & offline and build up your referrals network. You'll headhunt using LinkedIn, source from jobs boards and use your marketing tools to attract the best talent.
After the 3-month mark, you'd look to hire resourcers and begin to build out the delivery team.

Base-salary dependent on experience, but we're willing to consider figures up to 40K.
Commission- 20% on placements between 4-20K. 25% on everything above 20K.
Lunch club targets of 15k.
The Right Person
You'll be a quality & service focussed recruitment professional, who's looking to specialise in delivery & account management.
You'll have a minimum +2 years recruitment experience,
