Job description

As Sales Office Executive you will be driving room sales in a Reservation Office processing reservations for 26 hotels. You will have previous telesales / sales experience and an excellent telephone manner. You will arrange reservations and take general enquiries for both the corporate & leisure markets.With the support of an experienced Manager and with a strong team around you, you will provide the highest levels of customer service at all times and develop quality relationships with all business partners and work colleagues. Your challenge will be to grow the business at each hotel through proactive selling for multi-sites, rate and occupancy management and the effective conversion of all bedrooms.The successful applicant is likely to have experience in the hotel industry, possibly as a Reservations Coordinator / Receptionist or at a level where they have influenced rate and occupancy.
