Project Engineer Senior

As a Project Engineer your primary role is to provide technical support to project implementation and product manufacturing. The technical support being conducted will include new equipment installation and validation, troubleshooting and root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Improvement programs and manage projects
Provide process documentation and operating instructions
Perform risk assessment
Understanding of the whole production process- from weighing and mixing of raw material to packing and release of the final product. Assessing the processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data.
Knowledge of the development, configuration, and optimisation of industrial processes from start-up and certification
Experience in designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes
Make sure the new processes are designed and run to deliver high quality products at lowest costs, ensuring these processes comply with EH&S, GMP and 6s methodology.
Ensuring that best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
Develop regular routine planned maintenance tasks for the production line equipment in line with the procedures and programmes in place.
Have extensive knowledge of TPM.
Actively participate and lead (when necessary) the engineering brief and update visual management boards
Carry out training activities for team members on the production processes using various techniques to ensure competency.
BEng degree required
Lean Manufacturing experience
Experience working in a regulated environment
Willing to travel and spend time in other company plants (domestic travel)
