Job description

The Role:

-Lead the continual improvement of workflow solutions, via feedback from users and any non-compliance.
-Lead the identification and analysis of the requirements to complete tasks with the Central Engineering Team, in a systematic and repeatable manner, whilst maximising the effective use of the resources, both people and technology.
-Collaborates with operations and SME to determine and document processes throughout the organisation.
-Conduct change impact analysis, to assess the potential implications of process/workflow changes.
-Consult with the Engineering Teams and translate the requirements into business processes and where applicable develop and deploy a workflow solution to drive timeliness and repeatability.
-Justify all workflow developments to ensure the business case is supported by IS, as required.
-Drive via IS the identification of system solutions and partners to deliver and maintain the workflow solutions deployed.
-Support the process audits coordinated by the Compliance Team, to ensure rigorous application of all critical business processes and continual improvements in both process and workflows, based on audit feedback.
-Manages projects and coordinates the implementation of process change rollouts. Oversees the technical and nontechnical implementation of new processes.
-Lead user acceptance testing and new workflow functionality assessment.
-In conjunction with the Compliance Team, train users on all the new processes and workflows, to ensure competence.
-Participates in the implementation of automated tools and technologies to create business process efficiencies.
-Works with operations teams to ensure proper control plans are deployed as a result of business and regulatory changes.
-Develops process map workflows, requirements, and work content documentation.
-Promote positive and productive reaction to on-going business changes.
-Create necessary reporting to effectively manage client engagement, complete on timely basis, and ensure contractual level of accuracy.
-Provide clear and concise communication and reporting to clients, project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree (preferably for IT related area of study)

The Ideal Person:

-Experience in Workflow Development and Implementation using Office 365 suite.
-Intermediate to high skill level with Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications mainly Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Flow, Microsoft Excel (Macros) and MS Visio.
-Intermediate to high skill level with SAP - Finance would be beneficial.
-Intermediate to high skill level with Tableau would be beneficial.
-Intermediate to high skill level with Nintex would be beneficial.
-Proven record of leading and working with cross-functional teams.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Ability to manage and direct multiple projects concurrently.
-Ability to analyse, capture and communicate business processes.
-Ability to accurately perform, verify, and understand advanced mathematical calculations.
-Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally, with all levels in organization and external clients.
-Experience in modelling business processes in complex business environments.
-Feasibility study, cost benefit analysis, proof of concept, prototyping;
-Able to establish, maintain and develop effective relationships with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
-Experience in Logical data modelling and Data Analysis.
-Experience in delivering digital transformation would be beneficial.
