"At first I did have suspicions that I would be treated differently because I was being sent by an agency but the school I was placed in were extremely friendly, generous and made me feel like a member of the team from day one. I wasn't treated any differently by the other staff and students and have always been treated with the highest respect. Since starting the school, I have since completed my NQT year and have been offered a permanent position at the school. Personally I feel that I wouldn't have been in this position if I hadn't made that initial contact with Academics and signed up for supply work and I'd no doubt still be looking for a full time post somewhere."
