I am recruiting for an occupational psychology consultancy based in the West End they are looking for a PA with Project Coordination experience to support a team of 5-6 Consultants within the private equity team.
The PA position is full time and paying up to £32,000 + generous benefits.
Some of your responsibilities:
Diary management and scheduling, working across different geographical areas and time zones
Supporting a team of 5 -6 Occupational Psychology Consultants
Liaising with board members
International travel organising
Managing emails, calls and all other enquiries for consultants
Assisting with billings and expenses
Proof reading reports and documents
Creating presentations for client use
Managing smaller clients projects from start to finish
excellent written and verbal communication skills
If you have experience in Banking and the finance industry, Previous PA experience and/or previous project experience this would be an advantage.
