STW seeks to expand its talented Customer Success team with a technically oriented, self-motivated, hands-on Implementation Consultant.This is a full time role. The Implementation Consultant is a key member of the team that implements the STW ERP solutions, helping STW customers maximize value from our solutions via a complete, quick and smooth implementation.To succeed in this role, the candidate will demonstrate exceptional ability in understanding customer requirements, knowledge of the implementation life cycle and are effective at communicating. As a trusted advisor with deep product knowledge, the candidate will understand the customers goals, pain points, and workflows, delivering successful solution deployments in close partnership with cross-functional teams.As a result, a candidate will immerse themselves in both internal operations and the user experience to be able to impartially advocate for STW and our customers.As an STW ERP Implementation Consultant, youll enjoy challenging and innovative projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accountability is paramount.A successful candidate will bring experience analyzing ERP accounting data.Communication with technical members of the migration team will be critical.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities at once will be required.The ability to balance multiple competing priorities at once, along with a passion for the success of the customer, and a desire to deliver innovative technology to the government sector is necessary.Primary Responsibilities:Be the primary analyst point of contact for new customers deploying STW ERP, or those expanding to implement additional functionality.Consult with implementing customers to identify business process improvements using STW software.Confirm customer requirements and needs and provide guidance, assistance, and support to customers and to the ERP Data Migration Analyst in the data analysis.Document configuration, training and testing procedures with customer for validation and knowledge transfer.Promote documentation within the team to assists with continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure receipt of appropriate data sets from customer, match them to the STW ERP platform structure and provide design specifications to the ERP Data Migration Analyst to allow for the conversion of the data elements.Administer training to users on the use of the STW ERP software.Interact directly with government Finance and Budget Directors daily, guide them through the deployment process, and empower them to become our advocates and successful administrators of their STW ERP software platform.Understand customer pain points and partner with cross-functional teams to simplify, enhance and automate existing processes that will improve customer workflow.Work closely with the ERP Data Migration Analyst, Project Management, Customer Success Management, and Integrationmanagement teams to facilitate and drive a consistent customer experience and ensure successful projects and training for new customers.Leverage and continually develop best practices for each data environment and customer vertical to assist in future implementation efficiencies.Our Ideal Candidate Has:Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer facing role and experience implementing ERP or Accounting/Financial software solutions is REQUIREDExpertise in business process improvement, and the ability to lead customers through the changes that will result.Customer facing consulting background preferred, or experience as a super-user within a government agency in lieu of previous consulting experience.Familiarity with enterprise level accounting/budgeting solutions and/or government budgeting concepts and practices is required.Experience or familiarity with Fund Accounting preferred.Knowledge and experience in analyzing large volumes of accounting related data.Strong Excel skills, including using functions/formulas to format data.Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skill, teamwork, and customer service mentality.Ability to provide clear and effective phone support, assistance, and recommendations to build positive relationships with customers.Track record of working in a fast-paced environment while balancing internal procedures and process improvements, all while collaborating with team members.Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.A passion for solving customer problems and working with data.Ability to identify new functionality requirements in the software, and work with Product Management to elevate those requirements.Willingness to travel to client sites to conduct implementation and training activities approximately 25%.
