JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Updates staffinformation into Data Base System and print out reportsrelated. Prepares statisticalreports. Maintains and updates confidentialstaff records and files. Provides informationon employment policies and procedures to employees.Schedules interview appointments with newapplicants. Filling out government departmentsapplications and forms Arranges offers,contracts, letter of interim appointmentProvides flight information and books flight tickets andhotel reservations Finds suitable apartmentsfor teachers and principals and arrange it with neededfurniture. Deals with different agencies(travel agencies, Taxi agencies ... etc) and finds bestprices. Receives new Overseas staff in theairports and escort them to school apartmentsBooks greeting services and flight/hotelreservations Supervises apartments cleaningand maintenance work needed. Assists withOpening bank accounts for new staff with help of bankagent. Maintains HR office with all forms andapplications (bank account forms, insurance forms, shipment forms… etc) Maintains communication withadministrators, teachers, and other school personnel and acts as aconnector between all of them. Inspects schoolvehicles . Arranges weekly exited staffreport JOBQUALIFICATIONS : Fluent written and spoken EnglishAge 23-35 years of age Excellentclerical and communication skillsBachelor’s Degree or higher
