Job description

Mercury HR provide outsourced HR solutions with their Head Office being based in Portsmouth.
Due to growth a vacancy has become available for a HR Assistant/PA (full time or part time hours considered). The contract is for 12 months with the possibility to go permanent.
Providing PA and general administrational support to Senior Executives, in accordance with Mercury HR Service Provision.
Providing administrational support when required across recruitment, hr, payroll, general office.
Will need to be able to travel around Portsmouth, Chichester and Southampton.
You will have effective communication skills, and be someone who can work collaboratively within our team sharing our passion for HR excellence. You may have a CIPD level 3 or be working towards this qualification. You will have at least 2 years experience in this type of role/similar activities and have excellent attention to detail, be IT literate, possibly using Office 365 Sharepoint and not be afraid to try new things or meet new people.
You will need to work independently and have excellent team working ethics. You will already be a confident Administrator and may be looking for that next move.
