An IT services company based in San Fernando Valley providing IT services for small and medium size customers is seeking a Sr. Help Desk Specialist with a strong knowledge of windows desktops and windows servers and computer hardware and backup software and desktop software and sonicwall and meraki firewalls. Microsoft certification is a must. This is a full-time job. Work includes account management and direct communication with clients and driving to clients sites. Excellent communication skills is a requirement.
Responsibilities include providing remote and field maintenance IT services for computer systems, servers, firewalls, routers to include troubleshooting and configuration. Supporting applications such as cloud based software, Microsoft office products, including various software applications, and inventory solutions to keep track of customer hardware and software assets and customer requests. Minimum five years of networking experience. Minimum five years of IT experience is a must
