Group Project and Pedagogical Manager

What we're looking for

A full-time Group Project and Pedagogical Manager from mid-December 2018 (Location: London, Duesseldorf, Milan or by agreement).

You have

  • excellent organisational, communication, critical and analytical skills
  • excellent awareness of technological developments in business and in language training and excellent IT skills to support current work and future developments in the company
  • a proven track record in successfully coordinating a range of diverse projects
  • extensive experience in delivering training, teacher training and e-learning
  • experience in Quality Management systems and managing teams
  • experience in materials design including online formats
  • knowledge of the language training for professionals industry
  • English as a first language and at least one second language
  • a readiness to work independently and travel
  • a minimum DTEFLA or equivalent

The impact you'll have

The successful candidate will report to the Manager UK and Group Functions and will work together with a range of teams (senior and local management, sales, pedagogical, IT, design) to

  • provide a central point of contact in all areas (management, sales, admin and pedagogy) on all training activity and a range of product and resource development
  • support the continuous development and implementation of products, services, internal systems and processes
  • oversee the design and continuous development of in-house teaching, learning and support materials and resources
  • develop and deliver staff training at local, national and international level
  • develop, carry out, monitor and report on the company's Quality Management activity
  • provide analysis and reports on progress and effectiveness of products, training and Quality Management activity
  • represent Linguarama at external learning and development events
