Job description

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Implementing the end-to-end (E2E) BPM strategy and for defining guardrails together with the E2E GBPO and peers, with a strong focus on our customer needs
  • Providing a holistic solution delivery including processes, technology, analytics for own dedicated area, in line with the E2E BPM strategy & guardrails as well as continuous improvements
  • Generating ideas towards and driving the BPM strategic roadmap for your dedicated area
  • Liaising with and influencing stakeholders to guarantee business acceptance on a global level across divisions and functions
  • (Re)designing of global and cross divisional state-of-the-art process within his/her business process area as part of the E2E business process, in line with the E2E BPM guardrails from the GBPO
  • Working closely with the E2E GBPMs and Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) network and stakeholders to ensure that business processes in the area of responsibility are fit for purpose and in alignment with the E2E process area strategy
  • Completed bachelor/master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education
  • 7-10 years professional experience preferably in Business Process Management, Finance, Information Management, IT, Procurement
  • Cross-industry experience in E2E travel and expense management: expert in one or more of the following areas: Expense Compliance, Credit Card Management & Reporting, Travel & Event Management
  • Leadership experience, in a line and/or matrix function
  • Expert for the specific area of the E2E Travel & Expense business process including deep process knowledge and technical expertise
  • Strong technical competencies in SAP FI/CO, SAP Concur and travel & event management systems
  • Good methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen)
  • Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills
