Job description

Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for an experienced Export Sales Administrator for leading manufacturer and distributor based in Rotherham. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and engineering teams ensuring any invoicing and up-selling is conducted for all European offices.

Export Sales Administrator responsibilities will include;

- Review and prioritise incoming orders and communicate with the customer
- Dealing effectively and efficiently with all customer enquires in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Tracking orders as requested and communicate progress accordingly
- Check stock levels and advise the customer
- Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner establishing a resolution
- General Administration is up to date and processed in line with company procedures, methodically and in a timely manner
- On all orders, check and calculate prices on all orders
- Update the CRM system with orders and customer details

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Proven experience of working within an Engineering and Manufacturing environment (essential)
- Language speaking, fluent in German, Polish, Spanish or French
- CNC experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Consultative approach to relationship building
