Job Title: Estimating Administrator

Role Type: Temporary

Location: Kettering

Salary: DOE

Start: Immediate start

We are looking for an administrator to join our Kettering based client.

The right candidates will have: -

Administration and management experience

A "can do" attitude to work with a good eye for detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Organisation skills and the ability to have foresight

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Ordering stationery & managing stock levels

Managing the administration team

Ownership of the process

Responding to client emails & providing telephone communication

Ensuring inbound and outbound post is processed in a timely manner

Recording data for HMRC letters and payments

Dealing with errors and anomalies

Liaising with third party companies to ensure fulfilment is delivered
