A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading school and offer full PA and Administration support to the Estates Manager. This is a forward thinking organisation who are looking for talented individuals to help achieve their goals.
Our client is looking for an experienced PA who can help the Estates Manager drive through and manage the process of a large construction project onsite in addition to the day to day running of the Estates Department.
· Initial point of contact
· Complete diary management
· Co-ordinating meetings
· Fielding emails and calls
· Prioritising the work
· Providing full administration support to the Estates team
To have recent experience of working for either surveyors, architects, contractors or within the construction industry. Happy to work with and deal with various suppliers and have an understanding of the type of work this involves.
