EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager (High end Fashion) £40k to £50k + Benefits - London, West End

A leading and high-end global fashion brand seek an experienced EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager to join their successful business.

Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for the UK and EMEA payroll process for corporate and retail employees and to be the first point of contact and subject matter expert for all payroll and benefits queries.

The role:

Responsible for the submission and finalisation of monthly payrolls across the UK and 10 EMEA countries

Processing starters/leavers and contractual changes for each region

Analysis of payroll variance to provide to HR Director, Global Finance Manager and CFO prior to organising authorisation with Finance Team

New payroll set up

Main point of contact for payroll and benefit related queries

Manage relationships with external providers and key stakeholders

Monthly commission calculation

Handling P11Ds, P45 and PSA

Manage company pension scheme in line with Auto-enrolment

Manage benefits including Health Insurance, Eye Care, Childcare and ensure that starters and leavers are processed correctly

Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential

Working with global brokers to manage annual benefits renewals


Strong payroll & benefits skill set and exposure

EMEA exposure essential

Ideally come from a high-end fashion/retail background

Strong Excel

Excellent communication skills internal & external

Strong business partnering skill set
