Job description

This is an exciting role as a direct sales representative in the education industry working for a vibrant, fast growing educational group. This post would suit a motivated and tenacious individual. The post holder is the main point of contact between Twin and its clients' and is targeted on growing the sales within their allocated product areas. The role also involves liaising with the operations and sales fulfilment departments to ensure quality of delivery in accordance with the original sales order.

You will be targeted on enquiry to sales conversions rates and will also have strict KPIs and sales targets per product

* Selling products through answering inbound calls, attending to walk ins, responding to email enquiries and making outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and quotes

* Contacting every lead to maximize sales opportunities and progressing each lead to ensure upsell and cross sell opportunities through phone and email

* Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale

* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails

* Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

* Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries within a 24 hour turn around

* Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets

* Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

* Gathering market and customer information

* Being persistent in and creative in generating leads

* Gaining an extensive knowledge of the operational processes affecting service levels

* Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

* Gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements

* Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotation

* Growing and managing a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system.

* Reporting as requested on business development and new opportunities

* Building strong relationships with team members and providing flexible and prompt support at all times

* Providing prompt and courteous resolution for any issues
