Becoming a Desktop Support Engineer with Capita Education Software Solutions:

Fantastic opportunity to secure an initial one month contract as a Desktop Support Engineer. The Desktop Support Engineer will provide onsite IT support services within a number of schools within Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim areas. The Desktop Support Engineer will need to be local to Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim and will be required to go onsite.

What you'll be doing:

Provides 1st level of support and problem resolution for specific products.
Provides onsite support IT Services within a number of schools within Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim areas
Assists clients with implementing new products, new releases and software upgrades
Responds to inquiries and requests from clients.
Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves common technical problems.
Escalates as per proceduresWhat we're looking for:

Good experience at 1st Line Support or Desktop Support level
Experience rolling out print solutions
Experience implementing new products, new releases and software upgrades
Must live locally to Mayo, Sligo or Leitrim
