Within this role the main responsibilities are:
- Supporting the different parties involved in the events - exhibitors and visitors outbound and all the internal departments (sales, marketing and operations).
- Helping the exhibitors prepare for the show by explaining and coordinating resolution on all queries received.
- For visitors the core tasks revolve around helping them understand the event website and supporting their attendance for the event.
- Capture and update customer data in CRM systems.
- Support development and implementation of integrated customers communication plans.
- 1st line technical support
- Handle questions related to invoicing.
- Provide customer service and coordination on site at shows.
- Give feedback for improvements on different events.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Experience with events would be a big plus.
- Experience with CRM or any other salesforce platform would be a big plus.
- Available 40 hours/week.
