Job description

Within this role the main responsibilities are:

  • Supporting the different parties involved in the events - exhibitors and visitors outbound and all the internal departments (sales, marketing and operations).
  • Helping the exhibitors prepare for the show by explaining and coordinating resolution on all queries received.
  • For visitors the core tasks revolve around helping them understand the event website and supporting their attendance for the event.
  • Capture and update customer data in CRM systems.
  • Support development and implementation of integrated customers communication plans.
  • 1st line technical support
  • Handle questions related to invoicing.
  • Provide customer service and coordination on site at shows.
  • Give feedback for improvements on different events.

  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Experience with events would be a big plus.
  • Experience with CRM or any other salesforce platform would be a big plus.
  • Available 40 hours/week.
