Job description

  • Assist the shared service centers for any queries and questions raised during the booking process
  • Monitor bookings and amend them whenever required
  • Keep customers well informed of any issues with bookings
  • Properly monitor all additional costs against individual bookings
  • Follow up back-office queries within the set time frames
  • In case B/L instructions are not provided in time chase customers for instructions
  • In close contact with the cargo readiness department to follow up any missing informations from customer
  • Auto freighting of the bookins in line with the quotation
  • Manual adjustment of freight manifest
  • Assist and inform customers

  • Mbo+ educational level
  • Preferably Cargadoor 1 and/or 2
  • Couple of years working experience in an International Customer Service Environment
  • Knowledge of Shipment INCO-terms
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment
  • Focus on customer relationship
  • Pro-active, meticulous and timely work attitude
  • Fluent Dutch and Englisch
  • Ability to handle proper administration
