Job description

We have a fanastic opportunity on an on-going temporary basis for our client based in Emersons Green in Bristol.

The company are looking to enhance their customer service, liaison and oder management team to further develop their high levels of customer service provided within their market place.

This varied and interesting role has the primary focus of liaising with UK and overseas B2B customers, providing product availability information and order processing and despatch support. You will be working to ensure on-time delivery of orders.

The successful candidate will need to be well organised and demonstrate a competent telephone manner. Capable of maintaing consistent standards of work output and quality, computer literate and able to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to work well within a small team. Working knowledge of SAP is desirable.

Previous experience within a customer service or order management environment is essential and you must be capable of self-managing multi-task activities and the ability to achieve actions to time deadlines.

Working hours 39 per week, Monday to Friday covering between the hours of 8am and 6pm
