Customer Service Advisor - B2B - Inbound - £15,000 - £17,000

A company based in West Bridgford, Nottingham, are seeking to appoint a customer service advisor on a full time, permanent basis.

Hours:
The company operate on a shift basis which rotates every 3 weeks.

Week 1: you will work Monday - Friday 8.30 - 4.30

Week 2: you will work Monday - Friday 9.30 - 5.30

Week 3: you will work Monday - Thursday 9.00 - 5.00 - you will have the Friday off but work the Sunday from 11.00 - 3.00

The role involves the following:

You will be responsible for managing customer relationships either by Phone, email, FAX, WEB or CSV
You will need to liaise with a variety of departments across the business including Operations, Supply Chain, Credit Control, operations and Sales.·
Input orders ensuring correct product codes, prices, quantities, delivery date and route codes are correct
Answer incoming calls ensuring any requests are completed in a timely manner
Handle calls relating to credits/collections and process necessary paperwork/actions
Make outbound calls to existing customer as per the relevant call schedule
Build relationships with customers
Offer alternatives when products are out of stock or products are eliminated
Promote products/special offers in line with current promotions set
Highlight trends/issues that are picked up through customer interaction
Perform against KPIs set for the role
Be a role model for Customer Service ensuring you put the customer at the heart of everything you do
This is a target driven role and includes sales targets

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
Must have previous phone experience dealing with customers, preferably account management.
You will work as part of a team in a busy sales office with deadlines that need to be met
Ideally, you will have a Customer Service qualification

Phone dealing with customers: 2 years (Required)
Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
