Title: Data Entry Clerk Department: ClaimsPosition Type:Temporary Hours per Week : 40Position Summary:Enters data into computer to update employee records by fund type, via information supplied by participant's employer by performing the following dutiesResponsibilities and DutiesNOTE: Position requires access to Personal Health Information to complete job requirements. Access is limited to Eligibility PHI, and returned mailGeneral Duties:Maintains member and dependent files in the database, including reviewing and entering enrollment informationData enters dues authorization and LPL authorization cardsReviews, prints and mails ID cardsAssists Bookkeeper with posting of daily remittances, including retrieving batches from the website and performing set upGenerate form letters, including request for proof of pension applications/benefitsProvider back-up receptionist as assignedPerforms clerical duties, including processing mail, copying, faxing, scanning, preparing enrollment packets, filing and other general office tasksMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of data entry experience (8,000 to 10,000 keystrokes per hour) Basic to Intermediate PC skills required, including Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities Ability to work in a production and quality oriented environmentZenith American SolutionsReal People.
