Job description


The Business Development Representative position is an integral part of Inxeption's rapidly growing sales team. We are looking for self-motivated candidates with a strong passion for selling online products/services, including sourcing new business opportunities, establishing strategic client relationships and successfully closing deals.


  • Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities/leads
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails and in-person meetings
  • Present Inxeption's value proposition to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with clients
  • Consistently strive to meet/exceed sales quotas
  • Provide weekly sales performance updates to the Business Development Director


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience utilizing multiple sales channels for outreach
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets, charts, data)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations, both internally and client-facing
