Our client is an award-winning solicitor based in the heart of Wilmslow. They have a dynamic customer services team -it is award winning and they need another legal customer services case administrator to help with their busy workload.
You will be joining a happy and focused team.
They work either 9am to 5.30pm or 10am to 7pm - you will take your turn at each.
When they are at peak work load - a couple of months in each year you will work one weekend per month from 10am to 4.15pm having 2 days off in the week.
Great benefits include a bonus of approx. £2K, discounted gym membership and your holidays will start at 20 days plus statutory and rise with service to 25 days.
You will ideally have some experience in the legal sector of case handling and legal customer service.
Or you will have solid customer service experience educated to at least A Level and want a role that will ultimately offer you a real career.
My client offers full training and exams (all paid for) so you can develop your legal career here - you can progress to a legal secretary, legal executive or a solicitor.
So, what is this role all about?
You will be in varied customer facing role using case management software contacting new and existing clients by email and phone (inbound and outbound). You will collate and prepare information and documentation and prepare legal cases so they are ready for submission. You will develop good relationships with colleagues throughout the company to ensure smooth operations with cooperation from all.
You will be pro-active with a real "can-do" approach to work. You will love the variety of multi-tasking. You will have a warm and personable approach and enjoy speaking to clients.
You will be good with Word and Excel.
