Job Title and Grade: Administrative Staff - Band 4

Location/Trust: Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust I Amersham Hospital, HP7 OJD.

Department: Education, Learning & Development

Pay Rates: £9.87 per Hour

Placement Start Date: As soon As Possible Placement End Date: 3 Month

Hours: 32.5 Hours Per Week I Monday - Friday I Time: 09:00 - 05:00

The Role:

To support with the service delivery of the NLMS/Ocacle ESR eLearning system

Liaise closely with the IT department to deliver the above

To ensure that BHT training requirements and compliance data is effectively managed and maintained within the NLMS central data warehouse.

Assist and complete NLMS reports and to be able to directly fulfil the training data reporting needs of BHT, by individual, department, role or organisation.

Continue to support relationships with external providers and stakeholders for the development of eLearning resources or compliance.

To support the Education Lead in producing regular Management Information reports relating to ELD key performance indicators, including maintaining and updating the master reporting matrix.

To monitor and review the progress of staff compliance through regularly produced reporting. Ensuring compliance data and reporting is cascaded to necessary teams and departments.

To ensure any data related to learning and development can be inputted in to the NLMS system and appropriate reports can be extracted.

To be responsible for maintaining databases ensuring that the information managed is safe, secure and easily accessible; and in line with local and national policies and guidelines.

To make sure that the security, accessibility and quality of the information remains consistent, including the completion of information audits from time to time.

To provide support for eLearning, in person or by telephone as necessary.

To support the Education, Learning and Development team and working relationships with the wider HR team and throughout the organisation.

Demonstrate an awareness of the Trust's objectives and contribute to achieving them appropriately.

Acting as a role model and champion for eLearning and the development of eLearning as a solution for future training requirements.

Additional Projects

Support the Education, Learning and Development team with education projects which may arise from time to time.
