Experienced SEND Teaching Assistant required

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge within an 'Outstanding' primary school based in South Manchester?

Prospero Teaching are looking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Teaching Assistant. We are looking for a vibrant Teaching Assistant with knowledge and experience of working with challenging behaviour, with the ability to build strong rapport with students.

Located in South Manchester, this primary school is accessible by good transport links and has free parking available. The school is a larger than average sized primary school, and is graded as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.

Specialist Team Teach or Thrive Approach training is highly desirable. This opportunity would be well suited to a Sport Graduate or an experienced Residential Support Worker with experience of working with challenging behaviour.

- Monday to Friday (8:00 - 15:30)
- South Manchester

Role

Supporting a Year 6 child with challenging behaviour / SEMH on a 1:1 basis.

The ideal candidate will support the pupils learning, working regularly outside of the classroom environment.

Due to this pupil having a 'streetwise' attitude, Thrive Approach or Team Teach training is highly desirable. Along with any relevant teaching assistant experience.
