Your Role as a Senior Human Resources Generalist-

Strategic HR Planning: Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures, aligning them with the organization's culture and growth trajectory.

Onboarding Excellence: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and enrollment procedures, setting the tone for their journey with the company.

HRIS Advancement: Play a role in building out streamlined processes for HR functions.

Compensation & Policies: Implement and annually update the compensation program, maintain job descriptions, and manage the handbook on policies and procedures.

Benefits Management: Oversee benefits administration, addressing claims resolution, change reporting, and policy evaluation for cost-effectiveness.

Safety & Compliance: Uphold compliance standards for posted materials, OHSA regulations, etc. Update and maintain employee records accurately, ensuring data integrity.

Employee Relations: Be the point of contact for employee concerns, providing accurate and timely information on HR and pay-related matters.

Payroll Expertise: Play an important role in payroll management, collaborating with teams to collect and enter payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely processing.

Qualities & Background we are seeking-

Experience & Education: A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Human Resources experience, paired with exceptional communication skills.

PHR, SHRM-CP preferred, but not required.

Payroll Proficiency: Prior experience of Multistate processing; TX, AZ, FL, and CA (the tricky one!)

Regulatory Acumen: Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Analytical & Organizational Skills: Process improvement minded and ability to suggest changes to increase efficiencies and workflows.

Systems: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, G-Suite, and HRIS.
