Music Industry Staff Accountant- Hybrid After Training

90% Paid Insurance & Work/Life Balance

My client, a growing and dynamic entertainment industry organization, is adding a Staff Accountant to their team. Hybrid two days from home after 90 days. 90% paid employee health care. Opportunity to grow. 40-hour weeks-work/life balance. Located in the West End area of Nashville. Up to $70k base plus discretional bonus. Permanent direct hire. Must have a Bachelor Degree in accounting.

Overview of the Staff Accountant:

• Accounts payable for multiple entities.
• Prepare deposits and manage accounts receivable.
• Maintain general ledgers for multiple clients.
• Calculate monthly commissions.
• Perform bank reconciliations.

Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor degree in accounting
• 1 to 2 years of general ledger experience including accounts payable and journal entries is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work close to West End for 90 days of training then 3 days onsite.
