HR Generalist - Mission Driven Organization

Overview of the HR Generalist role:

• Coordinate interviews, complete background checks, and reference checks
• Write and post roles through ADP and manage job boards
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiative
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Preferred Qualifications for the HR Generalist:

• Experience working in a Corporate Human Resources Department
• Possess a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency for customer service - enjoys assisting others
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of the HR processes and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain discretion/confidentiality
• Self-starter, takes initiative
