OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR ROLE:

  • The Accounts Payable Coordinator will accurately process 50-60 invoices per day.
  • The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for weekly check run.
  • The Accounts Payable Coordinator will work with vendors and manager new vendor set-up.
  • This role will help with research and resolving invoice issues.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:

  • Strong accounts payable experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or MS 365 is a huge plus.
  • Ability to work with multiple departments and vendors.
