Job Description:

Job Summary:

Responsible for customer communication projects including terms level, privacy notice, and credit risk strategies. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsible for credit risk strategy communication and related processes. Support communication content development, including training of credit teams. Work with credit teams to develop documentation of letter processes and spread best practices/consistency across multiple teams. Perform data analysis on monitoring reports to identify and address trends. Implement improvements/solutions to mitigate errors and ensure continued adherence to multiple regulatory obligations.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Supports communication content development, legal reviews, implementations, and validations.
  • Manages customer communication projects including terms level, privacy notice, and credit risk strategies. Provides training across business units and improves standard work for credit risk communication projects.
  • Manage process improvements projects. Identifies trends and proposes solutions to ensure consistency across multiple business units and compliance with multiple regulatory obligations.
  • Participates in exam management and audits of customer communications.
  • Manages operational risk event processes including reporting, remediation, and system repairs.
  • Manages communication project budgets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance , Business Administrati on, Economics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in financial services, credit risk management analytics, consumer lending.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in financial services, credit risk management analytics, consumer lending.
  • Experience making data-driven decisions in a regulated environment while also considering operational processes.
  • Understanding of credit risk principles and regulations Proficiency with Excel or other data analysis tools to identify trends; Basic SQL/Teradata skills a plus.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
