Hands-On Role: The Controller will be actively involved in various aspects of financial management, including full-cycle close processes, month-end procedures, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and budgeting/forecasting.
Key Responsibilities: In addition to overseeing a Senior Accountant, and AP Team, the Controller will ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring cash balances and forecasting cash needs.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
