Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Checking, organizing and distributing mail
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Assisting the Accounting department as needed

Qualifications:

  • Excel experience required - will be working with spreadsheets
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft word/excel, 10-key as well as minimum of 50 wpm typing speed
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be dependable with good work ethics
  • Accounting knowledge preferred but not required
