I am currently working with a 1 form entry primary school based in Clacton, who are looking for a committed and dedicated Year 5 teacher. This school has 236 pupils on roll with a strong head teacher, who has a track record of improving schools and is very supportive to staff. You will be confident in teaching a class of Year 5 children, be able to devise schemes of work and differentiate for varying levels within the class, including gifted and talented children. You will be required to work standard school hours including any parents evenings/ after school meetings. This Year 5 teacher position is on a full time basis starting immediately, up until the end of the academic year.

The successful applicant is expected to have:
Qualifications - specify e.g. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Effectively teach Key Stage 2 curriculum to the highest standards.
Assess and mark pupils work, monitoring progression levels.
Deliver fun and engaging lessons that also challenge and develop learning.
Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and other staff members.
Be committed to the schools objectives and teach in line with their ethos.
