Job Description Job Summary: to provide andprocess information in response to product quality inquiries,product quality concerns for Battery Cells, Battery Packs,Automotive Electronics, and managing product qualityperformance. Job Tasks / Responsibilities• Develop and maintain a positive relationship withcustomer plant warranty personnel. • Respondto both formal and informal customer complaints/concerns. • Obtain, evaluate, and manage reporting of allrelevant information to handle quality inquiries and complaints viaAction Tracker, Open Issues Lists, Corrective Action Reports (CARs)and/or Problem Reports (PRs). • Coordinateroot cause analysis and verify corrective action(s) effectiveness(provide process and customer support to internal team and plantsdesign and production organizations). •Communicate with corporate and plants on a regular basis to promoterapid response on customer complaints/concerns.• maintain customer quality reports for productcomplaints/concerns quality metrics (i.e. PPM, C or R/1000,incident pareto, etc.) and quality incidents; and communicateinformation to internal team and plant teams.• Conducts initial fault analysis of field (warranty and0km) failures. • Document and track status ofall customer concerns via 8D process and/or customer specificreport format. • Report quality investigationresults in a clear, concise and timely manner to the appropriatestaff and customer contact(s). Job Requirements JOBREQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree inEngineering required. • Experience withspecific customer production quality processes and systems. • Demonstrated ability to work well in across-functional team. • Working knowledge of8D or other problem solving methodology. •Able to interpret engineering specifications, requirements anddrawings. • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, interpersonal skills, planning, and theability to monitor and shuffle activities according to priorities.Skills Required Customer Service Orientation People Skills QMS 8DAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings Benefits MedicalInsurance Flight Tickets Family Benefits
