The Challenge

As B&F continues to grow, we need social media professionals to amplify our voice and drive greater engagement across all of our social channels-crafting the way Burns & Farrey connects with and engages our community.

The ideal candidate is organized and results-driven with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning around content creation and community management.

This role is critical in helping us meet our social media objectives and establishing a strategy and process that creates a sound infrastructure that can meet our current needs while scaling under pressure to meet our social media future. In this position, you'll also develop and draft the day-to-day messaging for our social media channels (including, but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Youtube).

This role is full time, 100% remote.

The Team

Join a scaling, tight-knit firm that's working directly with innovative partners and thought leaders across various industries and geographies to provide litigation solutions for our clients. We love delivering thoughtful work to our clients and advising our partners on how best to tackle the challenges presented to us.

The Skill Set

  • Candidates will develop monthly content calendar to plan pre-approved content
  • Manage an escalation procedure
  • Develop social media strategies while constantly being on the lookout for new trends (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to increase followers, engagement, and new clients
  • Assist in designing, creating and managing social and nationwide digital promotions
  • Collaborate, create and post engaging text, image and video content for all social media platforms
  • Plan and maintain weekly editorial calendars for the firm
  • Responsible for all communications and representing the brand image via social channels through comments, direct messages and customer engagement
  • Analyze and report on key display and social media metrics regularly
  • Proactively identify opportunities to tap into or incorporate the latest culture trends, creativity, execution approaches & techniques, broader inspirations and innovations.
  • Collaborate and brainstorm with our Marketing team to bring to life ideas in social, digital, TV, and radio as needed
  • Must maintain a fun, upbeat and professional image at all times


Within 1 Month You'll

  • Complete B&F Training, our onboarding program designed to get you up to speed on our business, vision and team and gain an understanding about how your role fits into B&F's broader organization.
  • Start to work on B&F's messaging, content and processes
  • Understand contextually how we currently message our vision on various channels


Within 3 Months You'll
  • Own the execution of our social channel strategy
  • Plan and maintain weekly editorial calendars for the firm
  • Strategize and craft appropriate messaging


Within 6 Months You'll ...
  • Strategize further on our process and engagement
  • Build out a comprehensive content creation vision for the firm
