SUMMARY: It is the responsibility of the Systems Security Administrator to perform internal and external system audits, proactive system audits, maintain matrix for user provisioning, random PC security compliance audits, PCI compliance, Legal request, Gaming compliance, and recommend changes to improve overall security posture. This position must also exhibit exceptional professional and personalized guest service that embodies the company's brand standard and core values. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain intimate knowledge of gaming regulations and internal controls and apply this knowledge to help the company remain in compliance Perform internal/external system audits per approved policy and procedures Perform proactive system audits to identify and resolve problems Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a user system matrix for account provisioning Conduct random PC security audits to ensure all security products are operating per approved policies Develop and maintain PCI compliance policy and procedures and ensure the user community understands their roles/responsibilities for protecting customer/company data Provide support for all Legal requests, per the company policy for handling sensitive data Introduce new security concepts to advance the company security strategy Collaborate with other System Security Administrators within the Golden Nugget brand to share information and knowledge to help advance IT strategies Maintain knowledge of industry security trends and technologies to help advance IT strategy Provide helpdesk support as needed to ensure SLA's are achieved Performs any other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: There are no team members reporting directly to this positon. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Strong customer service orientation Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Excellent organization skills Available to work in a 24-hour, 7 day a week environment EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of experience in systems security or audit type role Experience with gaming regulations and internal controls is preferred Minimum age requirement is 21 Licensing Requirement: Must have or be able to obtain a Casino Employee Registration from the Division of Gaming Enforcement. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
