Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Retail Merchandising will lead and oversee a team of merchandising project managers in the development and execution of retail merchandising tactics across all retail channels. The channels will consist of the indirect dealer channel and national retail outlets. The team will provide merchandising support to the Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile retail stores. Through his/her direction they will ensure all merchandising tactics are created & distributed to retail stores to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

In this role you will:

  • Lead a team of project managers in the development & delivery of Retail Merchandising tactics and in the design & construction process of building out retail stores
  • Be the subject matter expert in the concept & ideation of field merchandising tactics. Recommend tactics, materials, vehicles, or production methods
  • Be the subject matter expert in the management of fulfillment operations. Understands SLAs associated with pushing merchandising materials to stores
  • Be the subject matter expert in the concept & ideation of in-store fixtures & elements and effectively implementing policies to deliver and maintain. Understands SLAs associated with manufacturing of fixtures & displays in a retail environment
  • Effectively manage & provide leadership to a team of project managers who handle the day to day execution of a considerable number of projects at one time. History of leadership roles with proven results of motivating team members
  • Collaborate with other internal departments (i.e. Brand, Creative, Sales Operations, Product Management, Legal, Real Estate)
  • Take initiative and make suggestions to improve processes & reduce costs
  • Be skilled in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Gmail preferred

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 6+ years managing a Retail Merchandising team or similar role
  • Experience with executing retail merchandising tactics in retail with expert knowledge of executing retail point of sale materials, fixture manufacturing and fulfillment services
  • Print Production & Fulfillment in of In-Store Retail tactics experience required
  • Store design and fixture manufacturing experience required
  • Experience in the retail wireless sector a plus

Location: Littleton, Colorado - this is a 100% in office/onsite position

Relocation assistance will be provided for ideal candidate


Salary Ranges

Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
