Job description

A school in West London has trusted Step Teachers to find them an outstanding Textiles teacher to join their expanding Design and Technology department. This position is a temp to perm commencing from September 2018. The role of the Textiles teacher is on a part time contract, which could become full time for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate should;

- Have a PGCE in Textiles with QTS or QTLS. NQT's are also considered for this role.

- Have outstanding classroom experience and subject knowledge in Textiles to be able to teach up to A-levels.

- As a qualified Textiles teacher you will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with proven ability to understand and utilise current theory and practice in relation to learning and development

- At the heart of everything you do will be your passion for your subject and the desire to inspire and motivate pupils to excel.
