We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic individual to join our Tax Team in either a full-time or reduced hour role.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Review complex tax returns (individual, partnerships, multistate, and corporate - including consolidated returns)
  • Develop relationships and communicate with clients
  • Delegate assignments to senior and supervisor accountants
  • Train and supervise associate and senior accountants
  • Prepare and review of special projects
  • Manage in depth tax planning for clients
  • Participate in community involvement initiatives to develop new client relationships
  • Coordinate communications between partners and staff
  • Evaluate associate and senior accountants
  • Manage IRS examinations and protests
  • Monitor new tax developments and advise other professionals of same
  • Lead assigned billing and collection responsibilities
  • Assist in overall tax department planning and scheduling


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of progressively challenging public accounting experience
  • CPA licensure or actively working towards CPA licensure
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Solid knowledge of Internal Revenue Code
  • Ability to reason intelligently and use sound judgment
  • Ability to organize work and projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal capacities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented
  • Ability to learn new processes and information quickly
