Our client, a fast growing Robotic Process Automation company, have an urgent requirement for a Talent Coordinator to join their growing team.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Talent Acquisition coordinator or similar human resources role.
You will be highly skilled with applicant tracking systems, preferably Jobvite and have a good working knowledge of Excel.
Duties will include scheduling and coordinating on-site and telephone interviews as well as Skype interviews, meetings, lunches and events. You will also be required to greet candidates, provide 'white glove' service and ensure the interview experience is unforgettable.
This is a hectic role and requires somebody with excellent organisational and juggling skills.
Your ability to prioritise and to remain calm in sticky situations are essential.
If you are cool calm and collected, with a great eye for detail and a stickler for great customer service then this may be the role for you.
